Originally from the UK, Alice has lived in New Zealand since 2011. She has worked and volunteered in the not for profit sector for over twenty years and is passionate about making a difference. Alice has outstanding leadership, philanthropy and fundraising experience as well as a strong background in marketing and communications.
She lives in Eastbourne, Lower Hutt with her two boys, husband and dog. She enjoys spending time in the Wairarapa on their lifestyle block dreaming of how best to convert their shearing shed.

Adrienne is responsible for attracting funds for the Foundation. She spends much of her time discussing the Foundation with prospective donors, professional advisors and ensuring that as many people as possible are aware of Nikau Foundation and how the community benefits from their generosity.
Adrienne has previously worked as a director for Country Calendar among various roles with Television New Zealand, the Royal New Zealand Ballet and the Royal Society of New Zealand. She is a former chair of the Friends of the Malaghan Institute and is the President of the Alliance Francaise Wellington. She has two stepsons, one son and three young grandchildren. She is determined to be skiing still when the latter grow up.

Since arriving in New Zealand in early 2015, Em is proud to call Wellington home. Having worked across a range of sectors in the UK and NZ, including medical, arts, education and international development, Em has proven leadership skills in developing and driving programmes that increase stakeholder engagement, philanthropic giving and strategic partnerships.

Suzanne Main manages the finances at Nikau Foundation. She is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the corporate, consultancy and charity sectors during her thirty year career. She is a passionate believer in the community foundation model. What she loves about her job is helping support all the amazing people who are working to better our Wellington communities.
When she isn’t crunching the numbers, Suzanne enjoys writing and is an award-winning author of junior fiction and short story. She is a long-time resident of Island Bay and can often be found walking its windswept beaches with her water retriever dog.
Lindy comes to Nikau Foundation with a background in accounts and administration both in New Zealand and abroad. With a wee break to set up and run a Wellington based gluten free baking company she is very happy to return to more regular hours with the Nikau Foundation who greatly benefit from her years of baking (and accounts and administration experience).
Lindy is a TRX, Pilates and boxing enthusiast who loves Wellington and lives with her whānau in Island Bay.
