Evaluation Process

 

After a grant is made and the funds have been used by the recipient an Evaluation Report needs to be submitted back to Nikau Foundation.  This fulfills our obligation to the various donors to show that the funds have been used for the purpose intended and it’s also useful to Nikau to see the results that are being achieved in the community.

Please download the Evaluation Form 2017 (Word) and return it to admin@nikaufoundation.org.nz within 6 months of receiving the grant. Please also attach copies of your bank statement showing the grant being deposited into the account and proof of the funds exiting the account for the stated purpose. Please include commentary to explain this if necessary.
